Day Three

Got a lot of sleep last night and already had a 2 hour nap today. Better though than the cycles with Adriamycin. Becky and I planned to do nothing today, so that turned out to be a good plan. She goes back to Pennsylvania tomorrow morning. The time has flown by and it's been great to have her here!

This morning Robin Roberts shared her head-shaving ordeal on Good Morning America. She's a classy woman and handles things with such grace! I had trouble uploading the 6 minute clip so you'll have to click on the link to view it...

I watched the video on your blog. is that how you felt when you got your hair cut and shaved? it really puts a realistic aspect on the issue when you can actually see facial expressions and sighs and such to a person who is going through it. wow! that's all i can say. i admire everyone who has had to go thru that ordeal. they say God only will give you what you can handle, i hope i never have to do that, it would not go over well.
love ya

Hey Linda,

Yes, that experience was a little freaky for me, but I was relieved to get it off after watching it fall everywhere. I tried to think of it as just another step in the process. :)
