But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.

Good news!
I had a PET/CT scan Friday, Aug. 10th and this past Friday I learned that all is clear, YAY!! I believe every organ in my body has now been reviewed thoroughly and there is no finding of cancer anywhere else. Whew.
At the recommendation of my ob/gyn now that I'm considered high-risk (b/c my mom is), I am starting routine mammos early. Not that 35 is SO far from 40...
We love you bunches. Hang in there.
P.S. I think this is your big opp. to become a fiery redhead!
I admire your strength and courage. I know a few people who are breast cancer survivors. It was, indeed, a tough addition to their life, as they have told me, but they made it through and it, with grace and humor, and it is now in their past, as it will be in yours. I will keep you in my prayers. Love, your oldest friend, Linda
