So, okay, I'm a little freaked out about the no hair thing. I have to tell you, not a good look for me. It was a relief to get it done because the hair falling out in little chunks was also freaking me out. So I traded one freak scenario for another one.
Enough about the hair.....my next treatment is Wednesday. Family friend Maxine is coming down from the Villages to babysit. :) I told her to bring lots of stuff to read.

i hope your treatment went well today. my dad's friend, fran, had lung cancer and she got her hair shaved as it began to fall out in clumps. she was freaked out as well. my gosh, she was obsessed when it came to her hair being perfect 100% all of the time. if she can make it through her hair loss, ANYONE and you can too:) i stopped to see her when brub and i rode the motorcycle through the blue ridge parkway since we were by roanoke and she looked great. her hair grew back, she has it the same way as before, and her cancer has been in remission for 4 years now and she is doing very well. hang in there. love ya
